Fall Wedding Grand Entrance and Exits

How you and your hubby will do your entrance or exit on your wedding can do a lot to stress your chosen theme.

Depending on whether your venue will allow it, we think that arriving in a gold and grand-looking car is one way to make a grand entrance if you’re having an autumn wedding. You can then have some friends greet your entrance with a shower of flower petals (you can single out flowers that are abundant during fall) since that will be a nice complement to the first entrance idea.

Arriving with the accompaniment of some music about falling in love (we will leave you to decide whether you are up to dancing to said music upon arrival) will be quite romantic, so we’re pitching it in. Make sure you choose a slow song wherein the word “fall” is pretty evident since you want your entrance to be perfect to your chosen theme.

We also think that arriving amidst some (fake) fog is very appropriate to this season so if you and your groom are up to it, be sure to rent one of those fog machines since they’ll be pretty useful for your grand entrance/exit.

Again depending on where your wedding will take place, we think that arriving in a horse or a truck that happens to be pulling a cart full of dried leaves is pretty cool, if you’re opting for a fun rather than a classy wedding.

That should give you enough entrance/exit options, whether you’re having an elegant wedding or a fun and memorable one.

Fall Wedding Theme Games

We think that games which can bring other couples together, one that can help your guests meet new friends, or any activities that has something to do with you and your groom, are perfect candidates for your wedding games. Here are some of our game ideas for this theme:

Orange Balloon Race

It is time to call out some single male and female guests who you think are up to a game. Each team will be composed of a male and female pair.

The goal of the female of the team is to bring an orange balloon from one side of the room to where her male counterpart is seated. She will then bring it to him and he is to pop the balloon. Once it’s popped, the female player will again go fetch another balloon and repeat the whole process until all the balloons are popped or the allotted time is up, whichever comes first.

The pair with the most number of balloons popped within the allocated time wins an orange prize!

Fall Dancing

You can either call out some couples from your guests or just pick some single ladies and gentleman from the crowd to play this game.

This is all about dancing to your chosen fall music (songs wherein the word “fall” is pretty evident, the more romantic the better) while the music is playing, stopping any movement while the music is out and dancing again once the music resumes.

The game will play out until you have your best couple in stopping and dancing.

Falling In Love

This is a cool game to play, primarily because your guests can participate while they’re settled comfortably on their chairs.

You should prepare lots of music clips, particularly of songs wherein the word “fall” is either in the title or in the song’s body.  Since this is for your wedding, you should single out songs about love and such.

The goal of your guests is to guess the title of the song. We will leave it to you if you will require them to sing a line from the song, but whether you do so or not, we think that the table with the most number of correct guesses definitely deserve some cool prize.
